There are only a few differences in the organism of humans and animals. The healing effects of mushrooms have been known from Chinese medicine for thousands of years and have also proven to be beneficial to animal health.
A large number of animal owners are already using the positive effects of medicinal mushrooms. Special mushrooms from biological cultivation in Germany are processed individually or to mushroom mixtures and then packed in cellulose capsules for better dosage. However, these capsules can be opened when necessary and the powder from the whole mushroom can be applied to the animal more easily.
Medicinal mushrooms strengthen the immune system, prevent general states of exhaustion and inhibit the growth of tumours. The oxygen absorption of the blood is demonstrably improved and the mushrooms also have a positive effect on the vegetative nervous system.
Valuable minerals and trace elements, vitamins, amino acids and enzymes are also contained in these mushrooms. They strengthen and protect the kidneys and liver, for example, and also the heart muscles and the respiratory tract. The medicinal mushrooms are not only used as therapy for diseases, but also preventively, i.e. for prophylaxis.
